MISIK 미식 – this Korean name means culinary delight. It is composed of two characters:

미 (美) means “beautiful” or “aesthetic”

식 (食) means “food” or “meal”
Together, 미식 (Misik) describes "beautiful food"—dishes prepared with care, appreciation, and a sense of quality. In Korean culture, this term refers to fine, high-quality delicacies.
MISIK was awarded four flowers and 98 points by “Falstaff” as Germany’s best restaurant in the “Street Food – Asian” category!
Falstaff magazine's renowned 2025 Street Food Guide not only evaluated food trucks and takeaway concepts, but also restaurants with modern, uncomplicated cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere.
